On my first meeting with Sue I found her to be understanding, caring and very professional. The therapy program has and is working for me. My attitude towards food and quantity of the same has changed dramatically. Sue made it clear from the start that she is at the end of the phone or email should I need her through any difficulties I may be encountering. I would recommend her to anyone who requires help. Having previously seen Shiela Granger many years ago , I was highly recommended to see Sue Dixon for my sleeping. I'm so pleased I did! From the moment we met I found her to be a very positive, professional, caring and knowledgable person . Sue recommended a course of treatments, before the sessions started I was asked lots of personal questions to allow the course to be specific to my needs. After the first session I felt more relaxed , calmer and slept ! I followed all the recommendations given, I completed my tasks and felt more alive ,relaxed and calmer after each session and my sleeping has improved. Throughout the course of treatments it varied each time and covered everything I needed. Thank you Sue for your time and calm ,attention to detail, professionalism and most of all my new nightly routine of sleeping !! zzzzzz

Sue gave me 3 sessions to help with my spider phobia. I used to have make sure the spider was dead before relaxing in that room. Now, I can be in the same room as the spider and not freak out. If it runs and hides, I don't rip the room apart looking for it to put my mind at rest. Thank you Sue.
