Although I'm not one of their customers, when one of our neighbours caused a problem with our water supply Jack and Barney were very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm grateful for the information they provided. Thank you!

We instructed Geoff at Springhill to conduct an inspection and prepare a survey on a private water supply of a property that we was about to purchase. Geoff was very professional and provided an excellent service from start to finish. He attended the property the next day and carried out a full inspection of the water filtration system and the source of the supply. Geoff provided us with expert advice regarding the sustainability and quality of the supply. The detailed report was delivered promptly and provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision about the purchase. We are so very grateful to Geoff for all his work and his assistance with this matter. Geoff really did go the extra mile with the service he provided. We honestly feel that we cannot recommend this firm enough. Our advice to anyone who is about to buy a property with a private water supply, is to instruct Springhill to inspect and prepare a survey before you buy the property, as the consequences of buying a property with a poor water supply could be catestophic.
