Appalling service. I received a text to say my prescription was ready. They told me "we dont have it" so I showed them the message. "We dont have it, speak to your GP" I then showed them my prescription on my online GP services. It showed it was issued three days before the chemist sent a message to say it was ready. They still insisted they didn't have it, at which point the assistant ignored me and started dealing with someone else while I was standing in front of her. It was left to another assistant to search further. Eventually found. Not happy, customer service awful, rude staff.

EDIT: Sad to be changing my review but after the previous lead pharmacist and some of his staff left, the pharmacy has gone quickly downhill. It takes a long time for prescriptions to be ready but that isn't contributing to this review as I know they are understaffed. Every time I've been in since, the staff have been incredibly rude. One time was to the extent that I cried after I left. ....... The staff are delightful, always extremely helpful and kind. I've been going to this pharmacy for 3 years and haven't had a bad experience once. I get my flu jabs here too and the nurse is superb!

The worst Pharmacy I've ever been to in my life, for repeat prescriptions it says allow 2 days, I ALWAYS allow 5 days , they are never ready and you have to allow a minimum of half an hour to collect and they Always say oh it's just come through. So it's the Drs surgery not doing their job, don't think so.
