I have bought from Sissel UK twice now. The products are good quality and clean of phthalates etc. However when I wanted to return two items from a recent order I found no returns sheet with the order or anything on the website. When I contacted them I was told:
"When the item(s) have been returned to Sissel UK and examined, if they are found to be in a saleable condition a refund equal to the value of the item(s) will be made."
All fair enough, but not up to standards provided by most organisations dealing on the Internet so buy with caution.
