        Very on-the-ball company with great products- I had placed a small order but had chosen the wrong cable which when packing they noticed wasnt compatible with the ceiling rose I had Ordered. They called to check if I had mistakenly chosen the cable and were very flexible about substituting it for the right one. Only the kind of thing a caring independent business would catch

        Very rapid service. Bought green Small Reflector with chain. Ceiling rose quite rough and ready, slightly scratched but the rest of the product is as expected. Looking forward to installing.

        Product is ok, but unfortunately there was a confusion with the delivery so it didn't arrive on time to be a gift. Service was good though, they refunded the order when they found the mistake.
