        On my visit to Rother Valley country park with my grand daughter on 3rd May 2023. I called at a Royd ices van for an ice cream. No prices are displayed and card only. 1 cornet and 1 tub = 8.65. The total was not spoken to me whilst I was ordering, but displayed on a screen after I was handed the goods. Totally unprofessional way to treat customers and a complete financial rip off!

        Handed a partially melted ice cream by a grumpy unhelpful server who got 2 orders wrong didnt ubderstand basic request.... all at an believable expense....... won't be back to that van and will avoid royd ices.. there's a reason they hide their prices....

        Bought a cornet with a flake even tho I didn't ask for one and a orange callipo 7.10 expensive in my book that was at newmillerdam. Event prices. Won't be going again.

        4 ice creams.....19.20. Not be buying again. Boy that served us didn't have gloves on. I ordered oreo 99...got normal ice cream.
