I was so glad to have come across the pregnancy relaxation sessions Jessica was offering online. I had been recommended hypnobirthing practices by a few people and found the meditations extremely helpful. Jessica also provided recordings which I will definitely return to in the coming months and the lead up to birth. Jessica was calm, kind, welcoming and empathetic. Highly recommended! Jessica is incredible with the work that she does. She's been a wonderful source of support and knowledge throughout this pregnancy. She is authentic, honest, and real every step of the way. She ran a wonderful birth meditation group that made such a difference in my life.

Things like relaxation sessions can sometimes be hit and miss due to personal preference but these ones with Jessica were so relaxing (I fell asleep on several occasions!) and a real break at the end of the day. I felt she was very supportive of all of us and I particularly welcomed the WhatsApp group too, as well as the recordings. Particularly I thought it was wonderful that these particular sessions were in aid of Birthrights.

I really enjoyed Jessicas recent series of pregnancy relaxation sessions. She has such a soothing manner and a calm voice which instantly relaxed me. Its been my favourite hour of the week over the last month - an opportunity to take some time out from the world. I would recommend her to anyone. As a bonus, all of the proceeds from these sessions went to Birthrights
