        Mels on line pilates classes kept me fit as well as sane during all of the lock downs. She is amazing and makes the classes fun. She always offers an easier option if you can't manage the highest levels.

        Mels Pilates online classes are first class, never boring always have a feel good feeling when doing them. My body always benefits from these classes which Ive been doing 3 times a week since almost the start of lockdown. An excellent teacher who always answers queries with issues connected with aches and pains or Pilates moves done in class.
