We have recently finished our Hypnobirthing and mindful breastfeeding sessions with Claire. We opted for the private sessions as we felt more comfortable to ask questions etc in that setting. Claire was great throughout, so friendly and informative, clearly explaining each stage. We really feel Hypnobirthing is the right choice for our journey and we have even opted for a home birth following some of the information from the sessions (which we never expected!), and we are now so excited for the rest of our pregnancy and birth. Claire recently completed a refresher course for myself and my husband as we are about to embark on the birth of our second. I cannot recommend her and all of her work more; I feel that the session brought my husband and I closer and allowed us to really isolate some much needed time to focus on us and our baby boy. The information shared was dynamic, bespoke to us and the added resources really were extras we didn't expect! We both drifted into a cozy meditation as she completed with a lovely relaxation! Thanks for all the time, planning and detail! We are lucky and grateful for the session!

I first started a block of 121 sessions with Claire for hypnobirthing. Even hubby got involved and the stuff we learnt literally blew my mind. Prior to the sessions I thought hypnoborthing was just breathing and meditating, but the physiological stuff you learn alongside the relaxation techniques just took me to another level. After our personal circumstances changed we then decided to ask Claire to stay on as our doula, and be our second birth partner. Best. Decision. Ever. I'm not sure we could of done it without her. She said and did exactly what I needed when I needed it without me asking. I would 100% recommend Claire for both hypnobirthing and her doula services.

We completed Claire's hypnobirthing course in January 2022. From the beginning, Claire was brilliant to engage with - quick to respond and answer any questions. The course really helped equip both of us with the knowledge and tools going into labour. When our birth plan changed, and we went down the induction route, Claire was on hand to reassure, and sourced lots of positive stories and induction articles for me to read. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is pregnant!

Claires shorter course was perfect for us, it had just the right amount of info and practical tips to make sure we felt prepared for our birth. The follow up email was in depth and gave access to further reading and research. Highly recommend!
