The quality of service was excellent. The hammock arrived quickly and well within the estimated delivery time. Dave responded really quickly and helpfully to my questions on email. Unfortunately, I had to return it (my mistake, not theirs) and the refund was issued immediately. Note I can't comment on product quality because I never opened the box!

Purchased as a comfort addition to our campervan set up as we wanted something small, easy to set up and can be transported when space is always a premium. I wasn't disappointed upon receiving it, comes in a carry case, easy to erect and very good quality. The frame is really sturdy and well made. The only issue is I don't get to use it much as the eldest daughter and the wife take it in turns. My daughter has used it for chilling and sleeping, she even got in her sleeping bag and got her head down when the weather turned a little. I won't go anywhere without it now and it has become a must pack item. Would I buy again - most definitely Do I recommend it - 100% Did I receive it quickly - yes Is it value for money - 100%

I am very pleased both with the product and the excellent customer service I received from WeDo Hammocks. After an issue with my order (outside of their control) David from WeDo Hammocks was incredibly helpful and communicative all the way through to resolution. I (or rather my wife) is now the proud owner of a beautiful Hammock. Would definitely recommend Kev
