        Never met a more unfriendly or cold hairdresser in my life as Michelle, she made me feel stupid and uncomfortable never mind telling me some grey hair is impossible to cover ... so now I go elsewhere where they pre-soften the stubborn greys and yes the grey gets covered - maybe Michelle should research the subject so as to improve her skills Service: Hair coloring
