An absolutely phenomenal company and always a pleasure to deal with. Our school has been ordering with HBS for almost 10 years and they have always provided a high quality and faultless service. Prices are competitive, it's incredibly easy to order, whether by website, phone or email, and the delivery is super fast (next day if ordered before 3pm) via their own delivery drivers, which we especially appreciate as it means we get usually get the same delivery person each time! On the rare occasion we've had to make a return, or something hasn't been quite right, the issue is resolved within a few minutes of speaking to someone. The quality of HBS own-branded products is brilliant and provides excellent value for money. We've found that we've replaced most of the name branded items we used to order with the HBS ones and notice no difference but are saving a fortune, which is so important for schools right now. They also offer amazing volume discounts. We could not be happier!

I do not normally write reviews but I wanted to praise Kukila and the staff at HBS for the excellent customer care our school received following a delivery issue recently. They kindly rescheduled the delivery at their expense, going above and beyond to express how much they value our custom.

As the primary paper supplier to a Senior School in St Albans for 10+ years, HBS has consistently provided brilliant service, always friendly, helpful and efficient, even when it's a last minute request! All the sales team are great but particularly, in recent months, Kerenza has been looking after us and she's done a wonderful job which is much appreciated! Thank you.

Been dealing with HBS for over 5y. The customer service is next to none, its truly a family run business, youll feel that when you start ordering from them. The delivery is always superb, and nothing is too much. Very wide range of stationary, at an excellent price compare to any other company. Wouldnt go anywhere else for our stationary orders. A massive thank you to all at HBS especially Wayne our account manager.
