The cafe is a nightmare. Someone has thought of a self order system but you still have to stand in line for a hot drink.whats the point! The barister is the slowest in 4 counties so the queue keeps growing lol Free advice... Get some tea, coffee machines like Ikea and it will work, otherwise get more people serving.

The shop was ok but the larger cafe was awful. Told there was no poached eggs but we could have fried, this was around 11am, then food arrived at 11.46 and it was cold, not room temp, cold. If it had been anything but egg on toast we would have sent it back

Lovely big store, very clean with helpful staff. Big shout out to Kayleigh the staff member who paid for our young man's drinks after he entered the store not realising it was closed, I hope karma finds you and pays you back 10 fold, it is very rare to encounter the generosity you showed us today, you really made his day, although he cannot thank you himself we will certainly do it on his behalf. To any managers out there reading this Kayleigh went above and beyond displaying charity, understanding, and amazing generosity, we will be making Morrissons Dalton park a regular for our service users weekly shop.
