        If I could give a zero I would, returned a 2nd faulty jacket to the store which was 2 months old, refused an exchange or refund, manager attitude was absolutely disgusting and has no idea of her company policy, wanted to leave me without a winter coat when minus 4 outside, HOWEVER, I absolutely can't fault the customer service department at head office who sorted the issue quickly

        Having bought Trespass DLX walking shoes in the past, I wanted to buy the same pair again. Unfortunately, they didnt have my size in the store. The two members of staff were excellent. They suggested I buy them from Trespass online, checked that they were in stock, and organised it so that I received a 20% discount. The shoes were delivered within 3 working days, with no charge for the delivery. Result!
