        Called in with my mother to return some shoes that were too small. One of the staff members found the next size up, which turned out to be too big. We spent a bit of time looking through her sizes for an appropriate style of shoe to replace the returned one, trying a few on when another staff member offered to help out. She went to find a different colour in a shoe she liked and helped with trying them on. She was really helpful giving my mother plenty of time to choose and see if they were comfortable. All staff i dealt with were excellent in helping out.
