        Absolutely fantastic experience today at new balance. Special shout out to Jake ( I think I got your name right! ) Helped me out with exactly what I needed with a smile the whole time. I would highly recommend this store

        Brilliant store, particularly staff member Rachael. I had expained that we were going on a city break and so I wanted shoes to withstand the cobbled streets there and I also suffered with plantar fasciitis. Rachael discussed the various trainer options with me and the cushioning they provided whilst also trying to find something in my colour choice. She spent a lot of time ensuring I had the right fit but we were struggling to find anything. She then considering something I wouldn't have thought of, looking at men's trainers and I found the perfect fit. I took them with me and didn't suffer at all even with walking 10-12 hours each day. Rachael is a huge asset to the store at Dalton Park - thank you for all your help!
