        Visited the store on a busy Saturday, witnessed four members staff standing talking at the back corner of the store offering no welcome, service or assistance in anyway. After standing around for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged whilst holding a pair of boots to be clearly purchased, I left. Without the purchase. Dreadful store and even worse "customer service", mannequins would offer a better service.
