I visited about a month ago to exchange a pair of slippers that I had bought in the black friday sales. The original woman (tall, long dark hair) who helped me was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, had my exchange sorted when an older blonde woman, who I can only assume was the manager, came over to double check the exchange was valid, and then refused to complete the exchange. she argued that the number on the receipt didnt match up with the number on the box, and after i explained that originally the box was scanned at the checkout and then swapped with a newer pair from out of the back which hadnt been used, she completely ignored what I had said and continued saying the numbers dont match. Several times she insinuated I had bought a seperate pair of slippers and was just trying to pull a fast one on her, which was not the case at all. Appalling customer service. She finally approved the exchange as a good will gesture even though it was her staff that had made the error of swapping the boxes in the first place. When the original woman serving me tried to get a new box to put my new pair of slippers in, the manager insisted i should only have the damaged box which was literally falling apart and had to be cello taped back together. I cant fault the brown haired woman, she was friendly and apologised for the way the manager spoke to me. However for the manager to be as rude and condescending she was to me is completely unacceptable, and not at all what i would expect as a repeatedly returning customer to a luxury brand
