The Red House Luxury Boarding Cattery and Kennels

Excellent accommodation and care for both cats and dogs. My pets have always been happy at Red House. They really go the extra mile to accommodate fussy eaters, etc. I can thoroughly recommend the cattery and kennels.

Owner said she is all booked at the moment as she has had to reduce capacity, but was very happy to give me new puppy advice. Seems like the kind of person that goes the extra mile. Jealous of her regular customers! Hopefully someday I'll be one.

Were very pleased to have found Alyse and this cattery! Conveniently located in York, provides a true 5 star service. We have been impressed by their professionalism and meticulosity. Our cat is rather anxious, but we felt reassured by their approach and Alyse taking the time to listen to our concerns. Our cats first stay has definitely been enjoyable, he seemed happy and relaxed when we took him back home. He has his ways of telling us when hes not been happy; we have had the experience in the past when he needed a long time to recover after boarding in a cattery. Not this time though. We will most certainly return.

I can't recommend this cattery enough. Have used this cattery two years running over Christmas and my cat always comes home looking well and settles quickly. Alyse is very friendly and it's clear that the cattery is spotless and that my cat has been very well looked after. Alyse also posts photos online if you like to put your mind at rest that your pet is being well cared for. Thank you Alyse! Thank you Alyse

My 2 cats stayed over the Christmas break and I would definitely recommend this place. Alyse is experienced at what she does and it really meant a lot knowing they were in such good hands. The surroundings are green and leafy; the facilities are quiet and clean with plenty of views to interest the cats. It made us feel confident knowing our pets were safe and secure while we were away.
