(1) They aren't actually bespoke - they limit your options on simple things like drawers. We were given two options to choose from, it then took them 6 weeks to eventually come back and say yes we could have two drawers the same height.
(2) They try and hood wink you over what is oak, what is oak veneer and what is MDF. We had to ask at least 5 times for a clear differentiation between the two and having to go to their showroom to really make sure we were getting what we wanted. They would use "oak" when they meant veneer - a very big difference. And it took up a lot of our time checking them.
(2) They don't manufacture their kitchens, they outsource it and say they can't control the timelines - our kitchen was 6 weeks late, they blamed the leadtimes from their manufacturer. They knew our timeline, they ignored the question when we kept checking in and it had significant implications for our build. Terrible communication.
(3) They don't fit their kitchens - again, they outsource that. The fitter they had booked last minute, didn't and so the fitting was delayed. It also meant they weren't sure on where to put what.
(4) The kitchen, when it was eventually fitted, had 7 missing items - (basic things like many missing shelves, a missing back panel which hold plug sockets so we can't use them yet), 9 incorrect/ damaged things, 2 elements incorrectly installed. It is now 6weeks post fitting and we have been told it will be middle of October before they can deliver the missing parts. that is 2months after fitting (which was already 6 weeks late).
We got lured in by the instagram profile, would highly recommend you go elsewhere and do more research than we did.
they also block you if you write negative comments so you only see positive comments. and they dont like the review we have written.
