I went to Hectic Hat Hire with my daughter yesterday to choose a mother-of-the bride hat. We received great advice, lots of choice and plenty of time to try on as many hats as we wanted, and there was no pressure to make a decision straight away. The appointment was fun and reassuring. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hat shop in Fulham. So many options to suit all clothing. This is the perfect store for a hat, especially as Cheltenham and Ascot are approaching. I came in with a pale lemon suit and managed to find a hat to match the exact shade.

Thank you to all at this wonderful shop. You have come up trumps yet again!!! I live in K and C and have visited your shop on many occasions to top up my outfit with the perfect hat. Your expertise has always come up with the right hat, always with a smile and great customer care. I know Royal Ascot means your shop runs to a premium, long hours for you all and restrictive time with appointments. I was lucky enough to have an appointment then, and guess what?.....perfect hat for perfect outfit!!!! Felt great on the day!!!! Makes all the difference. Its fair to say they have some really lovely hats at hectic hat hire, but the experience of choosing your hat here is not a pleasant one. Hectic could not be a more apt name! Unfortunately I received news my dad had died whilst I was at Ascot so as you can imagine I wasnt thinking straight. I got mixed up with the time I had to return the hat to the designated spot outside Ascot. I had the hat in a taxi and returned to the shop in Chelsea the following morning before 8am yet I got charged an extra days rental. Have a heart hectic hat hire!
