Brought a disposal cigarette from here (I buy several a week) as soon as I left the shop I opened the pack and found it not working. Returned straight to the shop and the refused to exchange it. Told me off in front of another customer that was also complaining about the same thing! I was humiliated. I contacted the company who provide them and was told the store should change it for me. They still refused. I scanned the bar code on the box only to find it was not a genuine product! I now understand why they refused to change it. Do not buy e cigarettes from here! #elfbar #avoid #rude
