Just spoken the the lady who said she was a manager at pure. In total shock and disgust how this woman just spoke to me over the phone. A total opposite of how I was treated the last time I was in getting my lashes done. The owner was so kind and the lady who did my lashes was lovely. But I've just had an awful discussion with the so called manager. Now for that reason they've lost me as a customer and I will not be returning to such rudeness. She was so nasty and offensive and all I did was call to get a follow up appointment for my lashes. A total disappointment. If the owner is reading this. I'm the lady with the baby boy who was crying on the day and you were so kind to my kids. Please will you kindly call me.

I had eyelash extensions done this morning at Pure Beauty via a groupon voucher purchased, I just could not wait to get home and write this review. Pure professionalism, polite, courteous, welcoming staff, from start to finish. Thank you Hilary and Skye(technician). I will definately be back as this was one of the best eyelashes applied, Skye took her time with the application, asking me what length/style, also aftercare advice given. I have been to varoius salons for the extensions and believe me, if you want eye extensions with a difference; PURE BEAUTY is simply the BEST.

Fit me in last minute and did the most careful and thorough eyelash tint I've ever received. Lasted a long time too.
