Thank you so much Michelle for looking after Alice and making her beautiful. She can be very nervous when I drop her off for a groom so it was reassuring to leave her with someone so patient and caring. We'll definitely be back.

Very clean, Shel is extremely friendly and professional our two dogs were treated respectively they have both got health issues shel understood perfectly how to look after them

Michelle is lovely; very friendly and obviously a dog lover. Flash went for his first groom with her and was very timid. She took time to get to know him, asking health and character/personality questions, all whilst sitting on the floor with him. I left feeling confident that he would be fine. Less than 2 hours later he was ready and I was really pleased with the results. She had done exactly what I'd asked for and I can tell Flash is happy too. Thank you Michelle
