Old School House B&B

We loved every bit of our stay at The Old School House. The place itself is characterful, with a lovely garden and nice views over the surrounding countryside. Its in a quiet location, with nice walks on your doorstep. Our room - superior with garden view - was great, very comfy and with lots of nice touches including a pod coffee machine. The super king size bed was great! Id definitely recommend paying the extra to get this room. Our hosts were really pleasant and welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay the best it could be. My full English breakfast was superb - expertly prepared and generous portions, 10/10 here! We were also able to charge our car overnight which was really appreciated. All in all, if youre looking for somewhere quiet to stay and perhaps use as a base for exploring Thetford and the surrounding area, look no further, book this!!

From the beginning, we had a lovely warm welcome by Andy. The room was all we needed, the ensuite and shower was lovely. The location is peaceful and scenic with some lovely walks. The breakfast was delicious, and you can even walk around the gardens and meet the chickens who provided the eggs! Lovely, pet friendly place. We would definitely stay again.

Diane and Andy were absolutely brilliant, catering to our every need during our 4 week stay. The rooms were very well maintained with everything spotlessly clean. The location of the B&B is perfect to get away from the busy cities, with Andy & Diane's beautiful garden to enjoy the peace and quite in. Credit really is due to Diane and Andy though, you can tell they love what they do and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again, just for the service alone. So add the beautiful location, house, rooms and good breakfast in there too and you find yourself at the perfect B&B.
