Sam, Louise, Annabelle and Debbie at Coast and Country have been the most fantastic Estate Agents up here in Norfolk. Sam visited us to offer a valuation, Sams guidance and advice combined with her experience of the local area and what has been a changing market place in 2021-2022, was much appreciated. All of the ladies in the team, have gone above and beyond in assisting us in the selling process and have been equally supportive in helping us find a new home. I recently dealt with Sam at Coast & Country as a purchaser and was more than impressed. Sam was incredibly helpful in relaying correspondence from the seller to us which really meant that matters were resolved much quicker than awaiting solicitor's response. Sam also kept the pressure on the seller's solicitor who was not giving the matter the priority it deserved. I would definitely recommend Coast & Country and would look favourably on any seller with them as an agent.
