Sophie Shaw - Hypnotherapy | Reiki | Wellbeing

We booked a "Bespoke Recording Design Session" with Sophie back in June. It was for my 11 year old son who was getting ready to leave primary school and just having a slight wobble in his confidence in general. The recording we received is absolute perfection and he still listens to it regularly so it has been worth every penny! It truly is dedicated specifically to him with a football and computer gaming theme. He really enjoyed his initial consultation with Sophie over Zoom and felt completely relaxed speaking to her. She explained how hypnotherapy and reiki work and then just had a general conversation with him about his interests, worries, etc. I can pick out so many little details in the recording that she has taken from her conversation with him and then used this information to tailor the recording specifically to him. I love that it is also infused with reiki. Honestly, I had complete faith in Sophie that it would be great but it has surpassed my expectations. I can't thank Sophie enough, it has definitely helped him with his confidence and it also just creates a space for him to take 20 minutes to completely relax. Thank you Sophie!

Hypnotherapy and reiki with Sophie is just magical. When I first started with Sophie I felt overwhelmed with emotions I couldnt cope with, after working with Sophie they melted away and I feel happy again. Thank you again, youre fab!

Working with Sophie was totally transformational. She is heartfelt and warm and really took the time to listen and understand me. The hypnotherapy itself was like magic, I could almost feel pathways in my brain subtly restructuring to make better more positive connections, all without me having to push or force anything. By the end of my six sessions my problem was not only completely resolved but I felt a freedom and confidence that I havent felt in years. If youre thinking about having a course of sessions with Sophie its definitely worth every penny!

I was told about Reiki by a friend at work and I was more than sceptical when hearing his experiences thinking no way can that be true. Finally after some months I started to research Reiki, got even more sceptical but though ok lets give it a go. I found Sophies website had a free telephone consultation and booked an appointment. That was most definitely one of my better decisions and without exaggerating life changing. Sophie make you feel so relaxed and at ease with her warm, kind and considerate personality. And the Reiki, well Incredible is the best way to explain it, so much so I am now being taught hopefully all the way to Reiki Master level. We all I guess have different issues throughout life but thanks to you Sophie mine are disappearing

Sophie provides a thoroughly professional and friendly approach in reiki healing sessions and also in her teaching of reiki. I felt at ease with Sophie from our first point of contact, and this has been maintained throughout. Healing sessions have brought physically and emotionally. Teaching of reiki 1st and 2nd degree was provided in a relaxed, thorough and timely manner, leaving me feeling empowered to share this modality with others.
