I can not rate Kate enough, I have never been able to grow my own nails until now, after only two appointments I now have my own long and very strong nails. I am so pleased and now my mum goes and is going to achieve the same, I also have my lashes done and they last ages, the best nails and lashes in the Mulbarton and surrounding areas by far !!! I was intending to use Katie for my wedding day. I had a trial pre-covid and paid a deposit. I loved the date and Katie offered me my deposit back but I decided not to take it as I still wanted to use her services. I have since tried to contact Katie via every communication method available to be over the course of more than a year. She has completely ignored me. I have no idea why so I can only assume she does not intend to do my hair for my wedding. I asked for my deposit back recently and again have been completely ignored. I have waited for a long time to leave this review as I wanted to give Katie the benefit of the doubt. I find ignoring a client totally unprofessional, disappointing and rude. I am baffled and am arranging an alternative hair stylist. Service: Bridal services
