The two counter assistants were lovely. The pharmacist however went out of his way to be obstinate and nasty. I asked if my medication was in stock and I didnt receive an answer but my prescription was taken from me so I assumed that meant it was. I then waited 5 minutes for the pharmacist to come out and tell me the prescription needed to be released from another pharmacy. I asked him to please call that pharmacy and ask them to do that he said "no we don't do that". I explained another pharmacy had done that for my mother only that morning as my usual pharmacy had systems down. He told me that wasn't possible and kept repeating himself in the most patronising way without listening to what I was actually saying. I then asked if I could call the other pharmacy to release the prescription myself. The pharmacist said "No, I don't have the medication." Is that not potentially something you could have mentioned when I first asked or in the 3 minutes you he been talking over me? I then said not to worry, I would get it from my usual pharmacy later. At this, the pharmacist smirked and said "You're going to struggle to find this anywhere". He then gives a derisive snort as if he was enjoying my struggle to get medication. I question why someone who finds it funny that there are shortages of medicines and that enjoys making interactions as difficult as possible, became a Pharmacist. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing service, so helpful and friendly. I have spoken to them twice about some medical issues and each time they have been very helpful and informative. This is now my go to pharmacy. I highly recommend.
