All abilities adult male/female, children 11+ no experience needed.
If Paul is away theres fellow instructors who are of high Dan grade who can teach, which all instructors are friendly on and off the Dojo.
Classes in aikido can vary from a few dans and novices/ intermediary yet all can adjust for all starters into aikido.
Sessions are two and half hours long.
Advice is if trying bring loose fitting t-shirt/tracksuit or other clothing ( not very loose fitting clothing).
Price of training is as follows,
