I drove for Westons in Ledbury for 1 month , I finished , as although the staff are quite friendly and the work is quite straight forward , if you were to have a problem on the road , nobody will answer your call until early morning , the trailers are in very poor condition and the tractor units are all bashed about , apart from the new fleet of 2 or 3 , the trailers are all buried , so you have move 2 or 3 just to get to yours , it was very frustrating at times , I reported this to office on several occasions but graham looked at me as if I were something on the end of his shoe , that said if your happy to work 55 to 60 hours a week for 500 take home on nights then this is for you , unfortunately it wasent my cup of tea .
