C Sound Space

I attended my first sound bath with Cecilia last night and was blown away. I have been struggling with back pain for a number of weeks and the session with Cecilia was truly a turning point in my recovery. Not only did I feel physical effects, the overall meditative and relaxation element were much needed after weeks of discomfort. I will be immediately rebooking for her next session and cant recommend enough.

This is Nynke (writing on my Dad's computer :-) Just to share my feedback after an absolutely incredible sound healing and woodland retreat I've just attended - co-hosted by Cecilia of C Sound Space. It was such a beautiful and special weekend in Herefordshire staying at the magical Hellens Manor, one of the oldest dwellings in England. The whole experience from start to finish felt like a warm hug and gentle massage on all the senses... from sunrise walks to the sound of the dawn chorus, singing and dancing around campfires, drinking ceremonial cacao and then of course the main event itself the glorious sound baths...where I gently drifted off into another dimension, feeling all the while supported and safely accompanied on that journey by Cecilia. I'd highly recommend her sound baths to everyone, of all ages and backgrounds - the variety of instruments and gongs she uses is quite something to behold. A heavenly cocoon and absolute privilege to experience.

Wow what an experience - having never had a sound bath I found the whole evening incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Cecilia creates a warm and safe atmosphere to soak up sounds and experience the gongs and sound bowls- soooo captivating- definitely recommend . Xx

I met Cecilia for the the first time for one of her full moon sound baths , and i can safely say i was taken on an inner journey which was just beyond words incredible! Her gong set up and sound healing equipment is immense and i feel so grateful to have received such beautiful energy from a lady who's heart is so obviously passionate and caring about healing through sounds. she is supportive afterwards and makes it clear that she is available to talk to with anything that comes up which i think is such an important part to any healing experience journey. Thank you Cecilia , it was moving , and stunningly beautiful , i cant wait for the next one :) Emily

I absolutely loved the Sound Baths delivered by C Sound Space. I was fortunate to have met Cecilia during one of our Gong trainings in 2019 and we have kept in touch to support one another remotely in business and as friends since then. I attended a few of the online Sound Baths which Cecilia delivered during lockdown. They were outstanding. Expertly guided and delivered. The sounds and frequencies transmitted coming through my headphones in London were wonderful. I know I drifted away which means that the session worked its magic. I am yet to journey to Herefordshire which is the plan when schedules allow and when I do, its a MUST and I will definitely make it for one of Cecilias in person sound baths which I know will be so amazing. If you are near CSound Space, then book a Sound Bath. You wont be disappointed.
