Ignorance is bliss as far as they concerned. Appalling customer service with no response for months, chasing the reception team in attempt to have someone in charge call or respond to your emails. Over 200 snags, including a huge leak, they sent one man to paint over the water damage and cut the pipe off. Who then told us the water damaged wooden floor would wipe off, giving him a cloth he reluctantly told me it doesnt wipe off. Zero works rendered since then and only promises of snags being rectified via a gentlemen who has left the company. Empty promises, communication from them is terrible, but not surprising if they have no plans or action to relay. Second they had our money they havent been attentive. My advice, dont hand over all the money until ALL work is complete. Youll never get them back to fix anything, including holes in the bathroom floor tiles hidden by glued on wooden blocks. Cowboys. We were warned by neighbours in disbelief to their work ethic.
