So i wasted 8 months wandering aimlessly through qb on my own and at the very real edge of committing Quick books suicide, when i reached out to Ali in total desperation for a much needed lifeline, let me tell you it was like having the weather girls lifted off my shoulders, Ali took me through it patiently step by step and did most of the basics for me until i was at a point where i am now, that i look forward to opening up that laptop. Let me tell you something else about Ali...dosn't matter day or night, evening or weekends, Ali has always given up her time for me at even the shortest of notices, exactly what i needed from someone, especially as probably like me you work hard all day / week long and only have evenings and weekends to catch up with admin...let me be clear about Ali, i guarantee you won't find a better qb advisor / trainer with this impressive vast amount of knowledge that't so readily availiable and lastly with the patience anywhere on the net, not to mention a lovely personality. Ali exceeded my expectations. She's a great teacher, and genuinely wants to help make small business accounting less of a headache. She helped me understand the processes I should be completing on QuickBooks as general housekeeping, and with only a few hours of her training, I was able to prepare my whole first year of accounts to hand over to my accountant. She also had little nuggets of advice on tax savings . Would highly recommend to anyone who is just finding their accounting a little confusing, and looking for some clarity!

HELP !! - Sorted Was put in touch with Ali by friends she'd had also helped after subscribing to Quick Books. Thought a bit of training would help me get to grips with it. Ali was amazing. Very very patient with me, explained things really well and step by step got me on track in no time. Ali is a really genuine person and she literally lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. Her ongoing support also means whenever i have a query, she's there and it's sorted. She really has been a god send and would recommend her services to anyone. Well worth the very modest investment. 10 out of 10 from me.

Working with Ali has been such a brilliant experience. Earlier this year I found myself in a bit of a pickle with my books so I signed up to QuickBooks and enlisted the help of Ali to get me set up and sort out my accounts. I can honestly say reaching out to Ali was the best decision I have ever made, she immediately put me at ease (putting an end to my sleepless nights) and set about helping me to clear up my messy books. Not only is Ali a great trainer and incredibly knowledgable, she is also extremely friendly and approachable - I even found myself looking forward to our calls (and I never thought I would look forward to talking about accounts). No problem was too big or too small and Ali was extremely patient if there was something I didnt understand straight away. She would also go above and beyond to solve problems that were very specific to my small business. Id recommend Ali to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat and will definitely use her services again.
