Listers Worcester - Volvo Cars

Fantastic place! After a couple of rough starts with different Volvo garages, I finally found Dave and Listers Worcester. I called Easter Monday to enquire if the 4 cars I had seen online were still available and was advised yes. We had a 2 hour drive with our 2 Labradors along for the ride and we were treated like old friends. The dogs were welcomed into the showroom and they were allowed in the car when we went or a test drive. The cars were well presented and clean and Dave gave us a route to follow to test drive. We were very happy with the car we test drove and agreed a deal with Dave that day. He explained all the products and offered services that we could take as optional extras. Happily we picked up our car last Saturday and we are overjoyed with the car and outstanding service from Dave and Listers Worcester. We would recommend Dave and the team and I am a customer for life now!

Fantastic customer service, Aston was a real star!!! So knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions, no pressure to buy either the car or 'extras'! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again!!

Not the best experience. For what is a premium brand, this has not been a premium service. Chloe, who deals with servising, is ovely and tries her best but as my first experience of owning a volvo it is not good and I won't have another. My last car was a VW, and the standard of customer service by Vertu Volkswagen Hereford was faultless even though my car was 7 years old. My personal advice would be to avoid volvo as they do not appear to be interested in you unless you are buying a car.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. I have purchased Volvo V60 2022 from Listers Worcester and I will recommend this branch to all my friends and family. I wish to say that Emma has made our experience memorable. She is professional in all aspects. Listers service has been possibly the best in my career of buying cars for personal and business use and will recommend it to others.
