        Very professional not at all pressured to purchase e were left to view the car had a test drive we given a really good price for our old car we are really pleased with our new car from start to finish the whole buying process was very easy we would highly recommend Carsa & all the team who looked after us at Carsa Mountsorrel customer service 100%

        Avoid them. Booked an appointment to view a car, drove over 2hrs only to be left sitting around for 1hr. After the third time of speaking to a member of staff , and I had to go to them they didn't approach me, I was informed they had sold the car

        Id been putting off buying a car for so long . The experience with the sales team was surprisingly un pushy . All of my questions were answered and I wasnt made to feel silly as I know nothing about cars . The deal was pleasantly done . Id use carsa as a first stop for my next car purchase. Ive come away happy !
