        Bob who runs this shop is very strange. Would not take my parcel as he states I dont work for his shop so why should he store it for me even though that was the collection point available via Royal Mail. Rude and arrogant not the slightest bit understanding or helpful. Avoid this post office and go to Loughborough.

        Started coming over to Quorn to use the post office but will be using Loughborough from now on. The man working there made me feel very uncomfortable; strange stares and silent treatment. Weird customer service!

        I should have believed the other reviews. Went to drop off a Parcelforce package and the first words I was met with were "That's a bit big" and told to take it to the delivery office in Loughborough instead. What kind of Post Office refuses to accept parcels? I was literally asked "What am I supposed to do with that?". Won't be going back again.

        Bob provided phenomenal customer service. I go into this post office of a regular basis and I am always greeted by with a smile and kindness. Bob is extremely professional and provides excellent advice and service. I highly recommend it post office. I would go as far to say, it is the best post office in the UK. Thank you for the excellent service.
