Customers are an inconvenience, incoming orders clearly take priority. A different experience every time but always and consistently: slow/rude/closed/silent/grumpy (choose any 3 out of 5) .

Deliveries come before the customers...dreadful attitude being cultivated by staff. New manager is nice and trying. if customers are an inconvenience and you don't like us...pls change jobs and let us give our money to someone who understands who pays the wage bill!
