Really impressed by the service I received as someone who had to step in to act as a landlord to assist an elderly parent. All business to do with the outgoing tenant was dealt with effectively. Various issues with the property sorted (I live some distance away so could not deal with myself). A new tenant sourced, checked, and happily moved in very quickly. Thanks especially to Temaera.

Viewed a house to rent on the Friday. Said immediately that we wanted it & was told to call back on the Monday & go through the application process. Called Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday to say that we really wanted the house & what is the next step. Called again on the Friday to chase them up & was told they would be in touch. The following Monday it was listed as Let Agreed on Rightmove. Extremely disappointed & frustrated to say the least. Didnt even get a courtesy call from Leaders to apologise. Customer service at this branch is shocking. I wouldnt use Leaders again & definitely wouldnt recommend them. Huge waste of my time.
