Our recent purchase was a bit of a saga. Tracey and Paula at Rothley office were great. Always friendly as well as professional, always patient with my anxious phone calls, ready to share the roller coaster of the process and the excitement of completion. The property needs quite a bit of loving renovation so Im guessing Ill take them up on their invite to pop in now and again with the updates!

In one word.. FANTASTIC. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Paula and Tracey went above and beyond via email responding to my many many emails straight away and chasing up the solicitor for me on many occasions. If it wasn't for them we would have had 0 idea what was happening and what to do. We are forever grateful to you all for helping us at such a stressful and big moment whilst we had a toddler and baby to sort too! Highly recommend!!

I chose Netwon Fallowell (Rothley) to market my Late mothers property as I had noted they had recently sold properties in the village and presumed they would have an excellent knowledge of the value and possibly a data base of potential buyers looking for properties in the area, plus they had excellent reviews. The team of Paula, Tracy and Matt did an excellent job, from the valuation through to the completion. The property sold within three days of it going on the market at just over the top end of the valuation. The ladies were always on hand to answer any queries either via phone or email always with kindness, which was so reassuring in what was at times an emotional journey for myself. I would not hesitate in returning to use their services in the future. Thanks to all the team :)
