        We came across Paul Howes of ACE by chance when we went to a Survey and he was looking at the dampness. We were very impressed by his knowledgeability and his practical, pragmatic and common sense approach. He didn't try to use a sledgehammer to crack a walnut. It's the way we work and appreciate others doing the same. We trust Paul implicitly. We know that if he finds an issue, it is a genuine issue but he has the wealth of experience (45 years man and boy) to know the best way forward. Always happy to recommend him to our Clients and he just does a super job.
