Local parcel shop / collection for Evri parcels. Staff are excellent when attentive but sometimes can appear busy or distracted.

We were out when DPD tried to deliver a parcel so they took it to our nearest collection point, The Paper Shop. They refused to take it claiming it was too big and they didn't have room. The parcel was approx 30cm square. Due to this the parcel was returned to sender. Upon querying why they refused to take it the guy in the shop hid behind the till and refused to communicate. This is not good service and has meant we have had to arrange to have it sent again.
