Great experience, from website to receiving the items. I ordered a 5 item mystery box. The order arrived within 2/3 days of ordering. The process of ordering a mystery box was really smooth, with the option to select from brands and items you would prefer. All 5 items were in really good condition, with great brands including Nike, Dickies, Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica and champion. All genuine and absolutely no fakes! Ill be ordering a couple of mystery bags for Xmas presents too The gully team are really accessible through social media too, such as TikTok and Instagram. I was able to ask questions about the brand, the history of the business and really uniquely, I was actually able to ask about specific items on the website, where during the live I was actually shown said specific items.
