My new go to place they fitted my vw with a new side canopy very reasonable price very professional. I like u can see in the garage and view their workman ship gives me new ideas for the future. Very friendly staff I will defiantly be back. If I could give more stars I would.

Many thanks to Jack, Lorna, Frankie and all the team. Jane and I were very pleased with the service and the relaxed atmosphere . They was no hard sell but we felt all the staff gave honest and professional information and all our questions were answered, every thing we asked for in our new campervan was provided . We highly recommend Jack's Shack . Prior to visiting Jack's Shack we attended the campervan show at NEC, Jack's Shack was by far the more informative and were able to deliver what we required In a very short time scale.

The team at Jacks know and understand what customer service means. The team took ownership for a problem which actually lay with VW but the team wanted us back camping ASAP so went above and beyond. Honestly, I cannot recommend the team highly enough, special shout out to Lorna who always promised to do what she said and phoned me out of hours to update me. Chalk and cheese vs dealing with the guys @ the main dealership. Thanks guys

I had a dream of one day of working anywhere in the country on a recreational vehicle. When Starlink internet services where launched I knew my dream would become a reality. I have known Jack, Mark as young kids and they were always innovative. We lost touch for a few years and I came to know about their company through my wife. I gave call and was answered by Mark and it was all positive. I showed them idea of having a Mobile office and there was never a doubt in their mind that this could happen. From sourcing of the Van. Designing the office and the installation of the Starlink was done with great thought and innovation. Thank you guys for making my dream a reality. I may be the first off grid working radiologist in the world. Well done guys and the whole team at Jacks shack!

Great service VW couldnt help me for four weeks ,these guys sorted me out immediately with good grace. Frankie and Paul went out of their way to get me off on holiday repairing my locked rock and roll bed . Great help recommend mutchly.
