He is also fastidious about their condition and maintenance - ensuring that cars have a comprehensive history and provides a lot of background information on how the car has been used and looked after. Thanks Giles for a great Customer buying experience. From my initial enquiry, all the way through to delivery of the Vehicle I purchased, Giles went above and beyond providing expert assessment of cosmetic condition, mechanical status and maintenance history. Due to Covid restrictions I was unable to travel and view the vehicle in person and so ultimately ended up purchasing without ever seeing it for real - something I never would normally contemplate. It was a combination of the meticulous, overly detailed descriptions in conjunction with his clear expert knowledge of Vehicles that enabled me to trust and have peace of mind that the Vehicle would be exactly as described. Having received delivery today and driven the Car I can honestly say it has surpassed my already high expectations in all areas. Absolutely thrilled, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend with great enthusiasm.

In August I bought a Porsche boxter 987 2.7 manual from Giles. My overall experience with Giles was very good in all areas. Customer Service From the start I could tell that Giles is passionate about his cars and viewed his buisness as an extension of his hobbies with cars. He is very knowledgeable and helpful with further information requested. I would recommend anyone who is serious about cars and appreciative of one of very few salesmen who are not out to rip you off. He is very fair in his assessment and value of vehicles and goes the extra mile to ensure each car is in good condition with all the right history. After Sales Care Myself and Giles agreed a price on the car and a condition with regards to MOT. As I arrived on a Sunday and the car had a soon to be expired MOT Gules agreed to pay for the MOT and to resolve anything that was mechanically unsound with the car. We both agreed from what we knew and could see there should be no problem with it passing an MOT. When the MOT came around it failed on the rear coil (a small portion of the spring had sheared off) something that was very hard to pick up due to location and access. As it is good practice I elected to replace the rear springs as a pair. Giles stayed true to his word and paid for the MOT and half of the labour and parts for the spring replacement (as only one was truly faulty). As there always is on older cars there were some bolts that were seized and these needed additional labour for removal and replacement, Giles understood and covered half of the cost of this too. I have had the car around 3 months now and there is nothing wrong with the car it drives and feels great. If you are looking for an honest reliable car from a well informed car enthusiast then Giles is your man. Highly recommend.
