I have to say that this is the best cattery I have ever taken Poppy to and I almost cry if I can't get her in there. The owners and staff are always very friendly and helpful and it is obvious when I pick Poppy up that she has been very happy there. Highly recommended.

Delighted and relieved to have found such a lovely caring cattery to take care of our young cat Tilly. She returned home very happy and well, with her Persian coat beautifully brushed. Thank you so much for taking such good care of her!

Absolutely disgusted at the way we have been treated by the owner Derek. We dared to gently advise that we would have liked to be told in advance if our cat Posy was issued with medication, namely a flea treatment in response to an email we had received. I might add I have no record what she has been given, when she was given it and we were told on the last day via email as an afterthought. Having been a paralegal and now in the clinical field, in most clinical situations you are required to obtain consent before any medication is issued to a patient and this is no different for animals according to Defra regulations. We are Posy's owners and as a business in the service industry you are required to give reasonable notice and obtain consent, none of which was sought beforehand. I shall be making a formal complaint. Instead of diffusing the situation upon arrival, we were cornered by Derek who was extremely rude, had an aggressive tone and was intimidating to us in very near proximity to all the other cats. How utterly unprofessional. Having said that, Posy was looked after very well. However, we felt we had to leave as soon as possible because of the way we were made to feel. Jenny was lovely but I would think twice before sending your cat here because you may get a barage of abuse for questioning their procedures even though they are not vets and have absolutely no ownership rights to any of the cats. The cats are in their care temporarily, however, they should not be making medical decisions without proper consent from the owners.
