        This company is an absolute farce. We dealt with a storage company that was bought up by Oasis. For 15 years never had an issue then when Oasis took over customer service or even basis business courtesy has disappeared completely. No one ever returns calls or responds to emails. I have been chasing a response to a complaint for 6 weeks after being promised a response within 48 hours! They are completely disinterested in the client or their needs. Avoid like the plague!

I have found that their business model is flexible to cater for individual requirements and will respond effectively to service requests. Not just a storage facility, they offer so much more, that you will feel comfortable expanding your document management requirements.
