Convenient. Open all hours. Short walk for me and always has lots of good choice of food. Staff are friendly. ATM outside as well.

Just had the worst customer experience I've ever received here. I was left queuing at the coffee stand for a good 10 minutes - at least 3 members of staff saw me and one even cleaned the coffee machine, all chose to ignore me. When I finally asked if someone was serving, I was told there was only one queue at the other till and I had to go to the back of it! Luckily a customer had seen me waiting for ages and took pity on me, letting me go in front of her. I then handed over a voucher for a hot drink. The staff member then disappeared for another around 5-10 minutes, before coming back to say it was no longer valid! I pointed out that it expired in 2 months - she then disappeared AGAIN and returned to say the voucher was crumpled so it couldn't be used! By this point I was gobsmacked at the appalling service and said 'you've got to be kidding!' and she grudgingly gave me a hot drink (which took another 5 minutes to make) - not apologising for the huge wait or the service. These are stressful times for everyone but it's no excuse to be treated like this. I've never left a review but needed to leave this one - disgusting!
