In the days leading up to the installation, we requested a date change by 24 hours, since other works were delayed and the house wasn't quite ready. Carlton wouldn't agree. On the day of the fitting, he left the job unfinished. I requested he return another time to complete and was fobbed off. I ended up paying another person to complete the task. Because of the unfinished work, I paid 96% of Carlton's invoice. He then sent me foul and abusive messages. You should find another more thorough fitter who's professional and takes pride in the job.

Carlton did a fantastic job for us and stayed late, to ensure that it was finished on time. His skill and attention to detail is excellent and we could not fault his work at all. He is a very likable man and we felt at ease with him in the house, whilst we were out. I would use Carlton again and would recommend you to do the same.
