        E-CONSULT..useless...pointless useless questions ..that you have to lie about ...otherwise you get kicked off...just to get a Dr talk to call you...please get a better system...no wonder URGENT care at Queen Mary's is full of people, with issues and symptoms that our local Drs could easily help with .such a waste of a hospital...due to incompetent systems and surgeries...

        I saw Bina Thapa today for a routine smear. She was wonderful. Kind, empathetic and thorough. The procedure (never the most pleasant) was quick and painless was a thorough explanation regarding how I would obtain my results. Excellent clinician ! Credit to the practice

        I'm currently on the phone for 5 hours trying to get appointment. Reached number 1 twice and just got disconnected. Its disappointing. I do understand that they might be understaffed but 5 hours seems a bit too long....
